CHECK IN
Check In Time is 3:00 PM. We are staffed for check-in's until 6PM, and then you will use the Self Check-in directions provided to you via text the morning of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We Offer free cancellaton up to 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation within 7 days will incur full reservation cost.
BALANCE DUE
The balance of your reservation will be automatically charged to your booking credit card 7 Days prior to arrival.
BREAKFAST
Chef's Choice breakfast is included with your stay, and is served from 8am to 9am daily. Please be sure to let us know of any food allergies you may have.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
We are a small inn with limited staff. We pride ourselves on thorough housekeeping ater each guest. For that reason, we do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.
SMOKING
For the comfort of all our guests, we are a nonsmoking/vaping Inn.
GUEST ROOM CAPACITY
Our Guest Rooms accomodate 2 people. The Saybrook Suite and West Beach Apartment may accomodate upt to 4.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11 am.
CHILDREN
We are an adult facility. We will accept children over the age of 10. If you have questions on this policy please call the Inn.
PETS/DOGS
Dogs are permitted in the Salt Island or Duck Island rooms only. They are welcome in all outdoor spaces, but not within the main inn.
AFTERNOON TEA / SPECIAL EVENTS
If you are attending Afternoon Tea the arrival time is 12:00 Noon. If you are attending a special event at the inn, please refer to arrival times provided by the host.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
6 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are not allowed. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 50 pounds. We are an adult appropriate property. Exceptions for children may be allowed, though we recommend you consider whether an intimate Inn setting would be comfortable for you, your child, and other guests.
Friendly dogs allowed and well-behaved owners are welcome in the SALT ISLAND and the DUCK ISLAND rooms for $25 per night per pet. Dogs are welcome on the grounds and outdoor spaces, but not the main Inn.
